How it Works

  • No, you do not have to be present at time of pick up or delivery – in fact, most of our customers are not.
  • Total accountability and communication….
  • The night before we are in your area, we will text you to ask if we need to stop by.
  • You can make a pickup request anytime through our website and mobile app.
  • We can send you an itemized delivery notification the moment your items are returned.
  • We do like to feed the dogs milk bones…if you say it’s ok!

The Setup

  • Simply call our route concierge at 816-442-8555 and they will get you set up with our free pickup and delivery service.
  • We will get all your personal cleaning preferences to ensure we deliver exactly what you expect.
  • We will bring a delivery kit to you which includes 2 personalized bags and a hook for your front door
    (Ask about our Save-A-Wash bags, too)

Leave your items at the front door

  • Place your bag of dirty clothes at the front door and we will pick them up on your scheduled day.
  • If your front door is not a convenient location, we will be happy to use the spot of your choosing.
  • We will be in your neighborhood either every Monday & Thursday or every Tuesday & Friday
  • If you forget to put your bag out, just drop it by any of our Pride Cleaners locations and we will deliver it back to you on your next scheduled day.
